Each TA-1A cabinet consists of 2-5 inch mineral-filled polycone woofers with a 14.6 ounce coil and a 1 inch tuned chamber cloth dome dynamic tweeter immersed in magnetic fluid. This offers an overall frequency response of 48Hz to 20kHz. The TA-1A features a 250 watt, bi-amplified cabinet with tons of headroom. The electronic crossover system produces transparent accuracy across the full frequency range. Like the original TA-1P, these speakers have a unique rear bass port producing extended low end.
